 Former Union Home Secretary
VK Duggal was sworn-in as the 14th Governor of Manipur December 31 2013.

 Chief Justice of Manipur High Court Lakshmikanta Mahapatra administered the oath of office and secrecy of the newly appointed Governor of the State.
